We are currently recruitingfor Call Centre Advisors to join our fantastic, growing team! This is a full-time permanent role where the basic salary is £20,748 with a £2,500 bonus and uncapped earning potential! Whats not to loveAbout the RoleIn this role you will be dealing with calls from our customers to book their cars in for services, MOTs, repairs or recalls. You will also upsell beneficial products and services that will enhance the customers vehicle and help to maintain the general healthof the vehicle, such as air-conditioning services and winter checks. After successful completion of training, you will be able to work both from home and within our COVID-secure offices on Team Valley Industrial Estate, on a rota basis.About YouWe want to hear from you if you have previous contact centre experience, excellent customer service skills and are computer literate.
