What will I be responsible forThe Workshop Controller role is one of the busiest and most important roles within the dealership and consists of assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop. The role will involve ensuring all incoming work is plannedas well as managing the time and resource of your team. You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to at all times.Theideal Workshop Controller:To be considered for this role, essential that you have previous experience of working within the Motor Trade, in the Workshop or Senior Technician background or elsewhere in the aftersales department.This is an excellent opportunity to show us that you have an enviable and proven track record of performance.
