Job Description

A day in the life of a Trainee Sales Negotiator

  • Register client details and understanding the customers why. Agree contact strategy
  • Book and conduct multiple property viewings whilst overcoming objections Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards
  • Negotiate offers between applicants (buyers) and vendors (sellers)
  • Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards
  • Engage and be active within your local community to establish your reputation and become the "go to" Sales Negotiator in the area
  • Canvassing the local area
    • Targetting leaflet dropping
    • Contact home owners
    • Calling our previous client database
    • Advertise properties through all available channels
    • Social Media posts
    • Leaflets
    • Photography
    • Window displays
