Workplace IT provide specialist Microsoft based IT Support Services to many of the UKs leading healthcare organisations.The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming change management support tickets, scheduling the appropriate engineer, communicating with the end client by telephone and email, ensuring the ticket is on track and juggling engineers tasks whendelays are likely.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and Manage our Change Management Tickets BoardsAllocate tickets to engineers within SLA (Service Level Agreement)Monitor engineer progress and juggle tickets to ensure we meet response SLAsFollow up with engineers for updates and ensure notes and activities are accurateSchedule future support and provisioning tickets in the engineers diariesSchedule IT projects in the engineers diariesConfirm all updates and scheduling with the client by telephone and emailHighlight and document support and software license changes to salesEnsure information in our client management system is always up to dateProvide weekly and monthly reportingExperience and Skills Required:To be successful in this role you do not need a background in IT / TechnologyHowever a keen interest in IT and the ability to learn quickly will help greatlyWe are looking for someone with exceptional organisational capabilitiesYou will need to have a very keen eye for detailYou will know how to spot potential logistical problemsYou will be experienced in juggling resources to avoid future problemsExperience working within formalised processes (ISO Compliance / GDRP) etc.You will be confident in asking and chasing engineers for updates and informationYou are happy to pick up the phone and update clients and confirm by emailExperience of using a CRM System (Connectwise Manage) or similarExcellent IT Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel / Word and CRM)Happy working in a fast paced / rapid change environmentRenumeration and Benefits:Basic Salary £25,000 to £30,000 (DOE)25 x Days Holiday plus UK Bank Holidays (Total 33 x Days Holiday)Contributory Pension Scheme (NEST)Personal Learning Plan with Quarterly 1:1 ReviewsCasual DressFamily Friendly FlexibilityCollaborative / Fun / UK Team CultureExcellent Opportunities for ProgressionDell Laptop / Dual Monitors / Docking Station / VOIP HeadsetFree Taunton Town Centre ParkingWorking Pattern:9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to FridayDue to the nature of this role we will look for you to work in our Taunton office at least 2 x days per weekTravel:NoneInterview Process:Step 1: Microsoft Teams Interview (30 x Minutes)Step 2: Online personality and behaviour profile (45 x Minutes)Step 3: In-Person Interview at our Taunton office (60 x Minutes)Induction:If successful you will be expected to spend your first full week / induction based from our Taunton office
