Team members also work in St Austell and Dorchester and the PHE has two offices in Rivergate Bristol and in Totnes. The post-holder may be expected to travel and work on programmes and specific projects across the whole area geography, as required.Main Duties and Responsibilities:The post holder will be required to provide and manage a range of support functions to the Screening and Immunisation Team including management of specific audits and failsafe processes.Initiate, organise and manage business and public health processes to support he smooth running of the programmes and the wider team.Work with members of the team to develop and implement routine and project data collection systems that will provide accurate and timely data and intelligence.Maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services and initiatives to provide information, analytical and literature advice to strategic leads.Communicate information and issues including briefings and reports to job manager, screening and immunisation leads/head of Public Health commissioning and other team members as appropriate.Selection Process DetailsApplicants are strongly advised to use the criteria in the person specification (available online) as sub-headings in their application to make it clear how they meet each of the selection criteria.Please note: In the event of a high volume of applications, this vacancy will close within 7 daysAn initial sift based on the lead essential and desirable criteria may be held if a large number of applications are received.
