Our client based in the centre of Taunton require a part time administrator to join their team 2-3 days per week.The role will be administration support to their in house qualifications team and will be dealing with queries around qualifications. The successful candidate will be registering students, handling referrals and withdrawals.The role responsibilities include:* Offering assistance around the qualifications* Responding to enquiries from students over the telephone and email* Liaising with qualification to make sure documentations are verified* Providing stats* Offering admin support in standardisation meeting and typing up minutes* Ensuring all students are sent the relevant documentationTo be successful in this role you will have previous admin experience, competent IT user, familiar with zoom/teams and have excellent communication skills.The role is part time (15 hours per week) which can be done across 2 or 3 days. You will be expected to be in the office for 2 days and if you work the third day you can work from home.If you are looking for a part time admin role this is the position for you!
