Job Description

  • £17,000 - £19,000
  • Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:15)
    • Aspiria Recruit are recruiting for a law graduate who is looking to begin their career within a professional, modern yet friendly firm of solicitors in Taunton. This opportunity will be working within the Commercial Property of this successful firm, working with both public and private sector clients in the UK and abroad. These clients will include housing developers, investment companies, waste operators and local authorities. While this opportunity could provide aroute towards a training contract, we are ideally after someone to provide some stability within this role for aperiod of time before progression. With excellent training, encouragement and continuous career support, we believe this to be a great opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic and ambitious law graduate.The role will include dealing with matters relating to:
  • Real estate
  • Commercial and residential developments
  • Energy and waste projects
  • Education property investments
  • Healthcare
  • Retail franchising
  • Self invested pension schemes
    • Skills and experience required:
  • Law degree
  • Some legal experience would be desirable
