BANK HOLIDAY RATES UP TO £22.60Mprove are partnering with HUC who offer a wide range of urgent and primary care services to 3.5 million patients£1000 (pro rata for part time), paid as:£500 upon successful completion of pathways training£500 upon successful completion of core module 2 and start in roleWe are recruiting a number of NHS 111 Call Handler positions in Taunton.Hourly rates ranging from £9.50 in training, to £10.03 - £13.54.As we are a 24/7 service we have a variety of rota patterns covering days, evenings and overnights with a requirement to work certain weekend shifts, with opportunities to work additional hours above contract to increase income potential.Working for the 111 service means you will be the first point of contact to any patient looking for medical advice, this could be directing someone to the correct GP or managing an emergency need.Being a 111 Health Advisor, you will be fully trained in operating the pathways system and being able to provide non-clinical advice to patients over the phone.Training will take place in a 5-week training course that will have you fully comprehensive in operating our internal systems.This role requires someone who is able to keep a clear mind, deal with pressure and can provide a sophisticated level of patient interaction.If you feel you are able to display the characteristics of this role, please apply directly.
