Job Description

Salary is negotiable dependant on experience. Full training will be given.THE COMPANY: A large and highly reputable firm that strives to provide high quality and professional advice across the West Country.DUTIES:

  • Working very closely with and supporting the Lettings Manager.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
  • Conducting property viewings and inspections.
  • Responding to all incoming enquiries and carrying out a range of administrative duties.
  • Preparing property documents and property particulars ready for marketing.
  • Assisting with general Tenancy Management.
  • Diary management.
  • Supporting the application and move-in process.
  • Conducting period property inspections.
THE CANDIDATE:
  • An excellent communicator with a confident, drive and proactive approach to work.
  • Administrative experience with excellent attention to detail skills.
  • Professional and personable - able to liaise well with both colleagues and clients.
  • Drivers license and daily access to own vehicle for property visits.
  • Customer focused with the ability to build long term relationships and rapport.
