Workplace IT provide specialist Microsoft based IT Support Services to many of the UKs leading healthcare organisations.The IT Support Specialist (L1 Support Engineer) is responsible for change management requests (Password Changes, 365 Setup / Decommission / Intune / AD Profile Builds / Remote Device Configuration.Key Responsibilities:You will be providing what we call provisioning services to our clients.
