Workplace IT provide specialist Microsoft based IT Support Services to many of the UKs leading healthcare organisations.The IT Manager role is responsible for the planning, execution and management of multiple objectives across between three to six our key Healthcare clients.Our clients range from circa 30 x Users to over 3000 x Users and every client will have multiple locations either regionally or throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.The role will involve spending 1 x day per week or 1 x day every other week or 1 x day per month based at each of our key clients and their remote locations based on need with the remainder of your time being spent actioning requests and objectives and managingour clients strategic and operational roadmaps.Within the role you will have the support of a commercially focused client partner, a solution architect and our UK based service delivery team.While you are on-site at one of our clients you will from time to time need to multitask and manage requests, conference calls and problems on behalf of a different client.Key Responsibilities:Build strong relationships across our key clients organisationsManage our clients commercial, operational and technical roadmapWork in partnership with either their board of Directors or their internal IT TeamCoordinate and manage key objectives and projects both directly and with partnersIdentify new methods of improvising efficiency, productivity and reducing costsPresent new ideas at board levelProvide an IT / Technical overview to the organisationExperience and Skills Required:At least five years in a dynamic IT Management role.Used to actual and virtual people management and working with vendors partnersTechnically Skilled in the delivery of Microsofts core technology stack(Modern Workplace, Azure, Security, Business Intelligence)Extensive managed service focused background.Can present and hold your own when presenting at board levelProvide a safe pair of hands while making yourself invaluable to our key clients.Strong customer service skills with a focus on always going above and beyondExperience working within formalised processes (ISO Compliance / GDRP) etc.Happy working in a fast paced / rapid change environmentExperience of using a CRM System (ConnectWise Manage) or similarIs comfortably travelling around the UK with weekly overnight staysRenumeration and Benefits:Basic Salary £55,000 to £75,000 (DOE)Car Allowance / Company CarMobile Phone Allowance25 x Days Holiday plus UK Bank Holidays (Total 33 x Days Holiday)Contributory NEST Pension SchemePersonal Learning Plan with Quarterly 1:1 ReviewsSmart Casual Dress Code (According to each client)Family Friendly FlexibilityCollaborative / Fun / UK Team CultureExcellent Opportunities for ProgressionDell Laptop / Dual Monitors / Docking Station / VOIP HeadsetWorking Pattern:9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with flexibility for travelThis role is predominantly based from UK Client sites and your UK Home.Travel:Travel: 75% +Travel Region: UKFrequent visits to our Taunton officeInterview Process:Step 1: Microsoft Teams Interview (30 x Minutes)Step 2: Online personality and behaviour profile (45 x Minutes)Step 3: In-Person Interview at our Taunton office (60 x Minutes)Step 4: IT Management Presenation (Remote or In-Person) (45 x Minutes)Induction:If successful you will be expected to spend your first full week / induction based from our Taunton office
