The Director will lead the performing arts team, working strategically and commercially to develop and produce an outstanding performing arts programme.You will be responsible for promoting high participation levels of Music, Drama and Dance outside of the curriculum and to contribute co-curricular enrichment activities to the school, running various ensembles. You will have the ability to lead annual productions with different year groups and to organise regular showcases of students achievement in Music, Drama and Dance within the parameters of the curriculum budget.This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to showcase their unwavering passion for teaching the curriculum in an inspiring way to ignite our students passion for the subject, and to help students to achieve success in their exams and in their future lives.
