Job Description

HYBRID WORKINGFox Morris are working with Somerset County Council in relations to finding a Customer Service Agent to start work ASAP!Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including the maintenance of computer and manual records and assist with the provision of statistics.
  • Undertake routine clerical duties including scanning and indexing, photocopying, faxing and dealing with post and stationery supplies.
  • Assist in the distribution and processing of the Benefit Sections post including the download of secure data from other Government departments.
  • Accurately and efficiently determine simple changes in circumstances for housing benefit and council tax benefit.
  • Accurately record details of all enquiries and responses.
  • Transcribe interviews conducted in accordance with the Police and Criminal Evidence Act when required.
  • Provide administrative support to home workers 10 Maintain statistics for monitoring Service Level Agreements with partner organisations
You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.Benefits of working with Fox Morris GroupReferral Benefit Scheme.
