Job Description

Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive - TauntonWhat is on offer

What will you do
  • Run a broad corporate & company commercial caseload to include: (experience of all is not necessary)
  • Negotiating & drafting commercial contracts (general contracts, supply, distribution and franchise agreements and terms and conditions)
  • IP and IT matters
  • Transactional corporate matters, M&A
  • Business planning, support and compliance
  • Protecting businesses and assets
  • Company secretarial matters
What will you need
  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • At least 2 years PQE within corporate/company commercial law
  • Enthusiasm to want to grow the team & wider department
