This is a great chance to join their growing business, who offer exceptional training in an outstanding professionalenvironment.The roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen within the UK Invoice Team as a Complex Claims Assessor. The UK Invoice Team are responsible for ensuring complex invoices are accurately assessed in accordance with clinical guidance, internal processes,policy and scheme rules. The team must liaise effectively with all areas of the business and understand the risks that apply to high-cost claims.As a Complex Claims Assessor, the successful candidate would be responsible for: Analysing and processing high value invoices, ensuring costs are in line with pre-authorised treatment. Reviewing and resolving complex provider queries by liaising with relevant parties. Negotiating provider charges to ensure reasonable fees have been applied for the medical treatment provided. Working with and understanding the Clinical and Coding Scheduling Database to ensure fee levels have been appropriately applied by treating specialists. Answering telephone calls from healthcare professionals and colleagues across the business in relation to complex cases, providing up to date and accurate advice in relation to invoices.
