Job Description

Client Relationship Manager required at a mortgage broker, wealth management and accountancy firm based in Taunton, TA1.

  • £24,000 - £26,250 per annum, depending on experience
  • Monday – Friday, with 4pm finish on Fridays
  • Central Taunton location, accessible by public transport or free parking
  • Comprehensive induction programme

About the job
  • Opening and closing of the office as and when required
  • Sort and distribute incoming post and organise outgoing post
  • Pro-actively manage day to day tasks; transacting cases onto the system, providing support to the consultants and clients throughout the application process
  • Communicate and work efficiently with all client enquiries, treating every client as the only client
  • Competently use a variety of software packages to include data entry and monitoring of the Company client database

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • An understanding of the wealth management industry to include standard business processes
  • The ability to communicate confidently, clearly and effectively at all levels - face to face, on the telephone and via email
  • A high level of professionalism to deliver client service excellence
