Job Description

Are you a Business Analyst with a strong interest in Technology Have you got a great eye for system improvement Can you see a better customer experience for users This could be for you! The Role

  • Join the IT Analysis team and:
  • Help to implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity
  • Work with all parts of the business to specify requirements
  • Agree priorities and then deliver the functionality as part of project.
  • Project Management/Delivery - working with multi-functional matrix teams to deliver the analysed functionality.
  • Stakeholder engagement/management is important, you will need strong written, verbal and presenting skills.
About You
  • We are looking for a Business Analyst with real passion for technology, a keen interest in process, a proactive approach, and a desire to create a superb customer experience for our users.
  • An understanding and experience of Agile/SDLC methodologies and experience of delivering IT projects are essential.
  • A qualification in Business Analysis International Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritise own workloads
  • A flexible team player who can contribute to the continued success of the company.
