Clients are wide ranging acrosswide ranging industry sectors and turnovers along with a focus dealing with farming and rural related sector clients.DescriptionJoining as Accounts Technician / Semi Senior Accountant based in the firms Taunton offices you will be taking on the preparation of financial statements for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. You will also have involvement in tax, VAT computationsand returns, providing bookkeeping and management accounting services, filing Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs documents on your clients behalf and ensure that accounting records for clients are maintained and kept up to date. Your responsibilitiesand involvements with clients, wider accounting and tax project work will increase over time as you develop within the team and role and you will be encouraged to progress and develop within your career, with the support of highly experienced, qualified professionalaround you, combined with study support on offer for those looking to pursue further qualifications.ProfileYou will be any of AAT qualified, or studying for AAT, ACCA or other qualifications. Alternatively you may have developed your career entirely through experience to date. Most importantly you will have a career background developed within the accountancypractice sector, working within a firm of accountants of any size with at least one to three years experience or more, within the sector preparing accounts for limited companies and other clients.
