Job Description

Winit cooperation is a leading cross-border e-commerce solution provider and was established in Shanghai, China in 2012. We have set up more than 10 global warehouses including China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia. Currently,we have more than 10,000 employees worldwide. Our goal is to provide overall supply chain solutions to eliminating the geographical barriers of cross-border e-commerce, reduce the distance of international supply chains, improve customer experience and sellersmarket competitiveness, and truly achieve online transactions without borders.We are looking for Warehouse return and value added operative to join the UK team.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive returned items to warehouse
  • Examine items for damage
  • Determine if they can be resold or disposed
  • Re-stocking items on shelves
  • Packaging up items for shipment
  • Maintain and manage a database of all product returns
  • Inspect and reconcile quantities returned with that of the returns forms and documents
  • Analysis and evaluate effectiveness of current returns, value added service, and re-box operations and recommend improvement
  • Customer service attitude, with willingness to take direction and add value to customer and organization
Qualifications:
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Ability to accurately understand and follow directions and operate under time constraints
  • Experience with fundamental manufacturing and operations principles and practices
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities successfully
  • Ability to work in a warehouse or distribution environment with exposure to material handling equipment
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
