Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Tamworth. This role is temp to perm on a part-time basis. Summary You will be performing general reception duties as part of a job share. The hours for your portion of the role will be Monday and Tuesday 8am - 5pm and Wednesday 8am to 1pm.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing a switchboard
  • Postal duties
  • Welcoming visitors (signing in/out)
  • Dealing with deliveries (operating the delivery gate)
  • Ordering lunches
  • Managing the inquiry inbox
  • Handling incoming queries, ensuring they are diverted to the appropriate department
Skills and experience
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Warm, helpful and friendly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Welcoming and friendly personality
Package and benefits
