This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified Tax Specialist who is eager to develop their career within a company that is part of a multinationalgroup.   • Managing the preparation and filing of the outsourced corporation tax returns.
  • Prepare the quarterly instalment payment calculations.
  • Optimisation of capital allowance claims/other relevant tax incentive areas.
  • Support the US and UK year-end tax reporting process, including preparation of the group’s tax disclosures and tax provisions.
  • Support with Head Office requests and queries.
  • Assisting with HMRC enquiries.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of VAT returns, ensuring accurate reconciliation to the control accounts.
  • Dealing with Head Office information requests.
  • Business partnering. Provide advice and guidance to all business areas regarding tax treatments.
  • Support the development of appropriate compliance training for employees enhancing knowledge across the business.
  • Maintain appropriate tax records and actively contributing to the development and enhancement of tax processes and controls.
  • Ad hoc project work
Skills and Experience
  • Professionally qualified in tax or accountancy, or someone with in-house tax experience to further develop their corporate skills
