Supply teachersAtherstone/Tamworth/NuneatonAre you wanting to teach and be able to choose the days you workI am currently recruiting for qualified supply teachers for this academic year 2023-2024 to provide cover in Secondary schools across Atherstone, Nuneaton, Tamworth and the surrounding areas. I am hoping to recruit passionate, dedicated, and professional supplyteachers across these areas to help support the extremely high demand of supply from the schools I work with in the secondary education sector.I am looking for versatile supply teachers who can be available for cover work from Monday to Friday (you choose the days) and teach various subjects (general cover) across the different year groups in secondary and happy to travel to different schools.The candidates we have here at Aspire are happy, feel valued and supported throughout their time on supply whether theyre working one day a week , 5 days a week or in a long term role.The ideal candidate for this roles should be:* Qualified Teacher Status in Secondary Education (NQTs/ECT are welcome to apply)* Hard working and be willing to go the extra mile with both colleagues and pupils* Experienced within a secondary school setting or working with secondary students* Be able to provide checkable references from previous employers* Able to offer a DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a DBSSupply work is a great opportunity to build relationships with local schools and build new relationships within the area in the education sector, therefore meaning there could be potential for a long term role in the future.I work with secondary schools in and around Atherstone, Nuneaton, Tamworth and the surrounding areas and I would very much like to secure local staff that can meet the high demands of supply without having to travel too far from home and build up a "bank" ofteachers who are happy to work in these areas. I know supply isnt an easy job but without you many schools would not be able to continue supporting their pupils on their educational journey so I do need your teaching skills to help me to help them and inturn hopefully help you. I do need as many teachers as possible so please do get in contact with me if you are wanting teaching work in these specific areas.Aspire has a generous Recommend a Friend scheme whereby if you introduce other teachers to Aspire, once they have worked 20 days, you will receive a fee of £250 (this is either in vouchers or cash) and £100 for TAs or non teaching staff. There is also a joiningfee of £100 if you register and work with us here at Aspire.
