New opportunity not to be missed! Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Assistant towork within their based in Tamworth. The role will be for 30 hours per week and in return, we offer a competitive salary of circa £17,000 per annum (based on working 30 hours per week and dependant on experience) plus excellent benefits.Our client is an industry leader in designing, manufacturing and installing creative interior demountable glass partitions, glazed doors, modular walls and architectural glazing solutions such as atriums, frameless curved glazing and freestanding glass.As their Sales Assistant you will helping to grow the Division by focussing on generating enquries and following up on sales leads, as well as providing be responsible for providing administrative and sales support and general assistance to the Business Development Managers and Sales Team.Duties and Responsibilities of their Sales Assistant:- Generating enquiries via the telephone and Lead Generation Websites including but not limited to Glenigans and Construction Enquirer in order to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised- Providing day to day administrative support to the Sales Team- Using and updating Customer Relationship Management software and other databases and spreadsheets- Assisting the Sales Team with pre-contract duties and requirementsWhat they’re looking for in their Sales Assistant:- Previous experience of working in a similar role- Excellent telephone manner and verbal and written communication skills- Personable, outgoing and persuasive approach with the ability to build up a rapport with customers- First-rate organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and keep on top of tasks- Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative- Team player- Competence in using microsoft office software packages and general office equipment- Previous experience of using Glenigans would be an advantage- Ideally living within a 30 mile radius of TamworthBenefits of becoming their Sales Assistant:- Competitive salary of around £17,000 per annum (based on working 30 hours per week)- Discretionary bonus scheme- Membership of a pension scheme- Private medical cover and life coverIf you feel you are the right candidate for the role as their Sales Assistant, then please click ‘apply’ now!
