JPen Medical - Support AdministratorAre you looking for a varied and rewarding role in Sales and Customer Service Can you adapt to different tasks throughout your working day Can you always communicate politely and professionally with customersIf your answer is YES, then this role may be for you!You will be working with JPen Medical, part of the PHS Group. JPen Medical are the market leader in on site testing and calibration of all medical and healthcare equipment.Your role will vary from day to day and you will need to be happy to adapt in order to be successful.Daily, you could perform any of the tasks below:· Outbound sales calls to customers· Inbound calls from customers· Upselling on outbound and inbound calls· Booking and confirming appointments· Data Entry· Maintaining accurate customer records· Customer service, support and retentionIdeally, you will have experience performing all of the tasks listed above.In return you will receive full training and the support from a great team and managers, Adele Weaver and Dominic Cadwallader.Please check the JPen Medical website to find out more about this market leading team.Please note that this role is temporary to cover maternity leave Required skills
