Job Description

Sales Account ExecutiveTamworth £20,000 PAOur brilliant client currently has a fresh and exciting vacancy they are a well-established water hygiene company based in the Tamworth. They provide water treatment and legionella control services to thousands of varied clients throughout the UK and needa skilled customer service individual to help their great sales and accounts team.They require a hard working team player to help with the continued growth of the business by providing accounts with a friendly customer focused service. This role is perfect for a friendly, organised, and driven individual who is looking to join an awardwinning customer service team.Key Duties & Tasks of a Sales Account Executive:

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensuring compliance for selected accounts
  • Producing and following up on quotations
  • Processing orders and transactions
  • Taking inbound calls driven by marketing
  • Recalling services for existing clients
  • Making proactive sales calls from an existing database
  • Pro-actively generating new opportunities
  • Respond to clients order queries
  • Dealing with client complaints
Essential Skills of a Sales Account Executive:
