Nursing Home ManagerTamworth£50,000 - £60,000Large Home - GOOD CQCWe are working with an independent provider who are looking for a new Home Manager for their nursing home in Tamworth.The role will have a lot of autonomy for you to implement your style and ideas to push the home forward. You will report into an experienced and very collaborative Operations Manager who is always available to help. Youll be supported by a Clinical Deputyand a team of Unit Managers.What we ask from you is your ability to demonstrate: RMN/RGN Qualification with active or lapsed PIN Knowledge and Experience of Supporting People Living with Advanced Dementia and Associated Complex Care Needs. Strong Leadership and Coaching Skills Good Working Relationships with all External Agencies and Stakeholders Exceptional understanding of Quality Governance and Risk Financial/Commercial Awareness and UnderstandingAbout the Home:This is a well establish large Care Home with Nursing and registered with CQC. We maintain an occupancy of 95% - 98% and a CQC rating of Good.We have a full complement of nursing staff and nurse associates with minimal vacancies for care staff, all ancillary posts are fully staffed.We provide high standards of care and support for people living with advanced Dementia and associated complex care needs which may include some behaviour that challenge the service.We invest heavily in training and supporting our staff, recognising that good education underpins the care and respect deserved by the people we support.We recognise the importance of high-quality clinical practice and quality governance and support the manager in achieving this.For more information on this excellent opportunity for a Nursing Home Manager in a Tamworth based nursing home, please apply.
