A high-performing FMCG retailer in Tamworth seeking a QA Manager, Non-Food/HardlinesThe ClientA high-performing FMCG retailer in Tamworth are seeking a QA Manager to join their Technical team and be responsible for multiple non-food categories. This is a critical role ensuring that customers receive product which complies with product safety, quality, legal and codes of practice. This retailer rewards their staff with annual pay increases and private medical cover and are based in a large modern head office with free on-site parking.The RoleYou will be responsible for implementing the Quality Strategy across multiple non-food categories. You will work closely with internal and external technical teams and testing houses and the Buyers of your categories in order to ensure customers receive safe, high quality products. You will have a small team reporting into you to help you achieve this.The Things You’ll NeedTo be successful in this role you will need demonstrable experience in a QA Manager / Technical Manager / Senior QA Technologist / Senior Product Technologist role with experience working either as part of a retailer’s quality team, as part of a supplier’s quality team or as part of a testing/inspection company. The client is open to product experience within non-food, whether this be in SDA, Kitchenware, Home Textiles, Fashion, Fitness, Pet, Baby, Hardlines, DIY, Power Tools, Seasonal, Sports and Leisure or Travel or other areas.
