The Project Manager will be responsible for a refurbishment scheme for a flagship social housing contract, encompassing multiple kitchen/bathroom upgrades equating to circa £2-3m.Client DetailsA leading social housing contractor in the UK with a strong project portfolio.DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for a £3m refurbishment scheme for a social housing contract in the West Midlands, overseeing two sub-contractors and an RLO to deliver the programme. They will also be the main POC for the client with regard to progress and communication.ProfileThe successful candidate must possess at least 3 years experience in a Project Manager role overseeing social housing refurbishment work for a housing association, council or ALMO.
