Responsible for IT Project Portfolio Management within the Customer Interaction (CI) Domain.At the heart of customer experience you will play a pivotal part as an Analyst bridging the gap between IT and the business. Interacting with stakeholders on a global scale you will be confident in promoting your ideas to enhance and integrate the technologyworking to shape the digital interaction between the brand and customers. Working with international stakeholders you will be looking into the feasibility of their requests across different functions managing expectations and supporting leaders. This is not a hands-on technical role but you will have enough understanding of the technologyto translate back possibilities to the business for digital experience improvements.The specialist areas within this team web apps mobile apps CRM marketing and data. You may have had experience with these areas or project managing ideas ultimately shaping the customer experience. This is a fast-paced role so you wont be afraid of gettingstuck in!
