Responsible for IT Project Portfolio Management within the Customer Interaction (CI) Domain.At the heart of customer experience you will play a pivotal part as an Analyst bridging the gap between IT and the business. Interacting with stakeholders on a global scale you will be confident in promoting your ideas to enhance and integrate the technologyworking to shape the digital interaction between the brand and customers. Working with international stakeholders you will be looking into the feasibility of their requests across different functions managing expectations and supporting leaders. This is not a hands-on technical role but you will have enough understanding of the technologyto translate back possibilities to the business for digital experience improvements.The specialist areas within this team web apps mobile apps CRM marketing and data. You may have had experience with these areas or project managing ideas ultimately shaping the customer experience. This is a fast-paced role so you wont be afraid of gettingstuck in! Due to the nature of this role there will be the opportunity for the Digital Transformation Analyst to travel overseas! This a great opportunity for someone that is hungry for success and is keen for some international exposure.ROLE: Digital Transformation Analyst SALARY: £45 000 - £70 000 + flexible working hours and work from home pattern workplace pension 5 weeks holiday + 8 bank holidays death in service long service reward paternity maternity and adoption pay bike to work scheme sick pay discounted gym membershipbike to work shopping & travel discounts confidential advice and support and more to discussLOCATION: Flexible to be discussed KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Help drive alignment between Technology change and business teams bridging the gap between customer insights and the business. - Collaborate and build relationships with global and local stakeholders IT and business units and other international functions- Maintain knowledge of key market and technological trends across web/ apps/ CRM/ marketing and eCommerce and provide technical analysis on these topics - Being proactive in identifying work to help shape the departmentFor this role you must have:- A background in Technology potentially within applications ecommerce customer experience digital or transformation. - Collaboration within a team environment- Ability to pick up (and understand) technical and business-related topics that may be architectural process service or governance oriented - Strong analysis and problem-solving skills- Experience in and comfort with working in fast-paced environments- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to a range of audiences sometimes acting as a translator between business and IT- Good interpersonal skills and confident in dealing with clients/users across multiple international locations- A logical and efficient work ethic with a keen attention to detail- The ability to effectively prioritise own workload and execute tasks
