Job Description

Paint SprayerImmediate Start Available - Permanent Position - Training and Development Opportunities - Low Staff Turnover - Competitive Salary + Achievable Bonus

  • Salary up to £35,000 P/A (Depending on Experience) + Bonus
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Are you an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer looking for the next great opportunityI am currently recruiting on behalf of a hugely successful company who are looking to add an enthusiastic, motivated Vehicle Paint Sprayer to their team. This business is brilliant at retaining and developing staff and offers fantastic progression opportunitieswithin the Automotive Industry. This role would be suitable for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer who has a minimum of three years experience in a similar role.RESPONSIBILITIESWorking on a wide variety of modern vehicles the successful candidate will be required to undertake all of the following:
  • Inspect vehicles prior to Paint Spraying
  • Prepare vehicles for Paint
  • Remove any contaminants between coats
  • Paint Spraying vehicles
  • Final polish and quality check
DESIRED SKILLS
  • Experience working as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build a strong relationship with both customers and other members of staff.
  • Systematic, highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • You will have the ability to work within given timescales.
  • You will also possess an aptitude of technical skills.
  • The right person will be a team player who works well under pressure and has a passion for both customer service and keeping up to date with the latest automotive technologies.
