We require an Automotive Technician Workshop at our Main dealer site in TamworthWe offer a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate a successful and stable track record.This role may suit someone who is working at a main dealer that fancies a change or someone working at an independent service centre looking to join the dealer networkJob duties:To undertake maintenance, service and repairs on motor vehicles of all types to a high standardReplace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usageKeep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards to health and safetyCarry out work completely and effectively within manufacturers servicing and repair timesAdvise and report on vehicle faults and servicing requirements while working on vehicles, including future servicing/repair requirementsThe ideal candidate will:Have knowledge of mechanical work, you can be a level 3 imi/nvq tech r be a service/prep tech, we can mould the ideal client and train them up through on site training and manufacturer training courses off siteExcellent customer service skillsTake responsibility for the quality and quantity of their workFull UK driving licenceThe successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient, ambitious and organised.This position is within a busy workshop environment, as such you will be provided with a competitive remuneration package depending on experience circa £11 -£12 per hour.This is a fulltime position Mon - Friday 8.30 - 5.30 sat mornings 8-1 on a rota also includes 20 days annual leave, (PLUS BANK HOLIDAYS) raising to 25 with longevity of service.Do you feel up to the challenge and have the relevant experience and ability we are looking for APPLY TODAY!
