Role Overview:The position is a full time, permanent position based at our National Distribution site in Dordon, Tamworth site. Our site has been COVID-19 risk assessed and has stringent safety measures in place.Salary: 29k + shift incentiveHours 44 MondayFriday Rotational 6:00 -15:00- 14:30- 23:30Dont come and work for us, come and start you career with us!To support the training team ensuring all operational departments standards, quality and compliance training is kept up to date and accurate records are maintained. As an MHE Instructor you will be required to train our colleagues in the relevant departmentson all the variations of trucks we have on site including Reach Truck, VNA, Counterbalance, LLOP, HLOP and PPT.Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring training standards & documentation
• Supporting the training FLM in consistent delivery of Standard Operating Procedures and policies training across all areas within operations.
• Supporting the training manager in amending and revising SOPs, Company policies.
• Supporting through mentoring and coaching the departmental FLM and Management team.
• In conjunction with the training manager ensuring that all training records (including competency checks sign offs) are kept up to date.
• Maintain the training system training logs for all operational staff ensuring the system reflects accurate and up to date training records.
• When required - run group training sessions for the Management through the learning and development system.
• Ensure the job roles within the learning and development system adequately reflect the individual department needs and core essential training.
• Participate in internal and external audits by ensuring that all training records are up to date and accessible.
• Provide a framework and structure to review progress of training and address next steps using a weekly training meeting.

Advise on specific training requirements for individuals and supporting operational departmental managers in identifying training needsOther Skills and Competencies:

• Must hold a current RTITB instructors licence or equivalent
• Support the MHE training needs of the operation
• Coordinate all MHE Training activities including re-certifications
• Audits the execution of MHE training delivery
• Partner with Operations and Safety to ensure network standard training materials areaccurate to FC conditions and equipment type
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Microsoft office experience - word, excel, outlook.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Experienced with handling data in databases.
• Strong interpersonal skills
