Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business as an IT Technician on a full-time permanent basis.SummaryYou will be delivering a high standard of user satisfaction in a busy and rewarding support desk environment.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Competent with basic machine repairs and upgrades
  • Install and configure company software
  • Able to deliver training to users on company software
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Identify computer or network equipment shortages
  • Complete physically demanding tasks across multiple large sites for sustained periods of time
Skills and experience
  • Proven experience as a IT 1st/2nd Line Support
  • Passion for technology and a drive to further develop that interest
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • A working understanding of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Driving Licence
  • Basic understanding of hardware and generic software settings across all types of devices
