Job Description

Interim HR Business PartnerTamworth£50,000 - £55,000A leading business based in Tamworth is seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join the business at time of change. This is for a period of 12 months and will require the post-holder to be on site 4 – 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations (ER): Confidently manage a range of Employee Relations issues.
  • Change Management: Play a pivotal role in organisational change initiatives, providing HR expertise during a restructuring process. Collaborate with management to develop and implement change management strategies that support the businesssgoals and maintain employee engagement.
  • Consultation: Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring they have the tools they need to manage their teams effectively.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and training, to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider HR team to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, within fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing HR aspects of organizational change, including restructures and redundancy processes, and redundancy consultations.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
