This position requires a proactive and organised individual with a strong attention to detail. You will collaborate with otherpeople professionals to ensure the smooth running of best practices, employee relations, and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.Responsibilities:* Assist in the contract and onboarding process, including sending employee documentation and conducting all forms of employment compliance. * Coordinate employee orientation and training programs.* Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.* Assist in employee performance evaluation processes.* Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.* Handle general HR inquiries and provide basic HR information to employees.* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.* Assist with benefits administration and leave management.* Collaborate with payroll and finance departments for HR-related matters.About You:* CIPD Level 3* 2-3 years of experience in a HR Assistant or similar role.* Solid understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and regulations.* Excellent organizational and time management skills.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.InterestedIf you would like any further information please reach out to Ben Usher on /, About ReCultureWere a culture-driven recruitment business for high-growth businesses.
