Job Description

HGV Class 1 DriverTemp to Perm PositionTamworth£10.50-£11.50 Per Hour5 on 3 off OR 4 on 4 offDays, Nights and Tramping availableAverage 12 hour shiftsThe Candidate;

  • Class1 Licence (C+E License)
  • CPC & Digi Card
  • No more than 6 points for minor endorsements
  • Refridgeration experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience dealing with customers (preferred but not essential)
  • A professional approach to tasks
  • The ability to work calmlyunder pressure
    • Duties and Responsibilities;
  • Refrigerated Trailers
  • Tipping loads
  • Communicating with customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of behaviour and appearance
  • Ensuring your load is safe and you have the correct load and paperwork
  • Trailer Temperature checks
  • Immediately reporting any problems regarding delivery arrival times, delays or discrepancies with loads.
