Job Description

Home Based12 month FTCThe Role:You will be responsible for processing all equipment payment plan requests, credit checking and gathering decision making information on loan suitability. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the processing and set up of direct debit and helpingwith OmniRewards and Rebates. Supporting the branch network with queries and raising menual credits as and when required. Main line support with the EPP manager and ensuring all EPP accounts are correctly set up.   • Process all EPP requests within the sales ledger
  • Ensure that the rebate accounts are linked where required and set up with the correct schemes
  • Work alongside the credit control team to ensure that EPP values are used appropriately and action any miss use
  • Liaise with our offshore team in India (LKQI) to ensure all processes are followed and tracked accordingly
  • Ensure that all monthly rebate payments are actioned
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner and raise manual credits as and when required
  • Run and issue ad hoc reports as and when required
  • Work through any unused rebate values and action accordingly
  • Work with the EPP Manager to ensure that EPP rebate accounts are set up/maintained
  • Ensuring procedures and controls are in place as laid out by the EPP Manager
  • Production of reports on performance, including development and measurement of KPIs and performance against SLAs
Key Skills and Experience Needed:
  • Experience working within an office/finance environment.
  • Automotive industry experience would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in working with data input/processing.
  • Accounts experience and working with customers
  • Experience with high volumes of data.
  • Any relevant finance qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
