Theyre a significant force in their given sector and have an excellent track record oflistening to what our customers need and providing the right solution every time.The roleIn this position, youll be supporting the Group Marketing Manager, but be given autonomy to be responsible for the digital aspects of marketing within the company. The role is designed to give you plenty of room and scope to apply & expand on your experienceand add value to your continuing development.This is a varied digital marketing role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to - assisting in the implementation of all digital marketing activities, acting as a brand guardian ensuring digital materials are consistent in tone of voice, messaging,and visual identity. You will also design/create digital artwork for social media, maintain and develop social media channels for both lead-generation and branding purposes and assist with protecting the brand reputation through social monitoring i.e., helpingwith responses to online comments, feedback, reviews, and complaints.Additionally, youll be involved in their active YouTube channel, creating, and developing the digital marketing plan, constantly looking for innovation & improvements. Youll also keep an eye on website content and be involved in competitor analysis andreporting.What were looking forIdeally, youll be a marketing graduate or have a CIM and have gained 18 months + marketing experience where you have gained knowledge of a wide range of digital marketing techniques and concepts. You will enjoy handling multiple projects and be comfortableand have the natural ability to work closely with all departments and third parties.Youll have a creative approach, be competent in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop for designing their social media posts & knowledge of Hootsuite or a similar scheduling program.Whats on offerA salary of £26k, free parking, generous holiday allowance.
