As an integral member of their fantastic Customer Experience team, you will be supporting their overarchingteam goal of making a difference to all their customers by efficiently and effectively diagnosing and solving their product related issues.Company benefits:

Responsibilities include:
  • With your fantastic communication skills and excellent telephone manner you will provide technical product support to customers and colleagues via different channels.
  • With your product and service expertise, you will investigate customer issues efficiently and effectively and provide quality, accurate and factual replies.
  • You will become the owner of the customer journey, ensuring that providing an outstanding customer experience is the primary focus in everything you do.
  • You will be able to easily identify any recurring issues and bring them to the attention of the Quality Assurance Team.
  • To drive continual improvement of service and knowledge, you will accurately record and maintain customer interactions.
  • You will share your knowledge, ideas and experiences with your colleagues and the wider team.
  • As a team player you will support the Customer Experience Manager and Team Leader with any other departmental needs as and when required.
The ideal candidate must have:
  • Be a logical thinker and good at diagnosing faults.
  • An in-depth technical knowledge of all products (full training will be provided)
  • Be able to prioritise tasks
  • Be a good listener and able to build a rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Be customer focussed and commercially aware.
  • Attentive to detail
  • Be able to work well within a team.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of SAP B1 and Zendesk desired but not essential
