Job Description

Manufacturing company in Tamworth needs a Customer Services Administrator / Account Manager. This developing Swedish owned company has a number of manufacturing facilities in the UK and is growing, making specialist high-security glass systems for museums,jewellers, exhibitions all over the world. Monday to Thursday 8.15 - 4.45, Friday 8.15 - 1.15, up to £30K + Benefits.The company is passionate about what they do, with a workforce that enjoys commitment, challenge, team spirit and team success.The Customer Services Administrator / Account Manager will manage customer relationships from receipt of orders through to delivery / installation of showcases at customer sites.Customer Services Administrator / Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer experience process
  • Represent the company internally to ensure expectations are balanced with acting within the best interests of the company
  • Assisting the Sales Manager and Estimator to manage the customer order book including monthly valuation management
  • Assisting to plan production and effectively monitor progress against key milestones
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure that products are shipped / installed on time
  • Manage travel arrangement for the installation team, in UK and overseas
  • Assessing materials availability in tandem with the Material Control / Purchasing department
  • Obtaining and distributing contractual documents such as RAMS, pre-installation questionnaires, key handover documents etc
  • Participating in new enquiry review meetings
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers, both in writing and via telephone contact
  • Effective use of the ERP system to report product costings
  • Adhere to QHSE and other company policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer facing / account management role
  • Clear communicator, written and oral
  • Ability to organise
  • Work to deadlines
  • Self-motivated
  • Excel / Word competent
  • Use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP would be useful
