Job Description

This role calls for a Customer Insights Specialist who is adept at analysing retail trends and customer behavior to drive strategic decisions using qualitative and quantitative research methods.   • Support the analytics team to deliver comprehensive customer insights using qualitative and quantitative research methodology.
  • Monitor and analyse retail trends, customer behaviour and competitive landscape
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business
  • Implement robust analytics methodologies to ensure data accuracy
  • Optimise the use of customer data to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and objectives
  • Drive the continuous improvement of analytics capabilities within the business
ProfileA successful Customer Insights Specialist should have:
  • A degree in Business, Statistics, Economics or a related field
  • Prior experience working in an analytics team within the retail industry
  • Strong skills in statistical analysis and data interpretation
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with different departments and stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to identifying trends and making strategic recommendations
