Reed Marketing and Creative are working with a major player in the manufacturing business based in Tamworth for a CRM Manager to join the team.This is a newly created role, and one for someone to truly make their own and be responsible for creating a good and working CRM process. Initially there will be some projects to cover off such as data cleansing and then its onto more of the inner workingsof the CRM.Duties include:• Help define the CRM strategy and customer journey for 3 business units• Segment audience, analyse behaviours and improve quality of the database• Oversee, plan and execute all email and SMS campaigns• Conduct a/b testing• Deliver customer facing email campaignsThe successful candidate will have CRM experience (doesnt matter which system but they currently use Mailchimp) and someone who understands the workings and successes of utilising a CRM to its best. Initially data cleansing and then looking at SMS andemail campaigns; so experience in this area too. If you have previously been responsible for the set up of a new CRM system then this will come in really handy.In return you work for a company who are hugely successful in their field and are looking to streamline a lot of the marketing processes; meaning this opportunity could be one for you to truly own and then build a team around down the line.
