Job Description

Tamworth / HybridFull time or part time hours consideredCompetitive Salary (Negotiable)We are working in partnership with a very well-established, Lexcel accredited law firm, who are looking to attract an experienced Commercial Solicitor (NQ and above considered),The firm are located in fabulous spacious, modern offices with free parking available on site.The role will involve handling your own varied caseload of commercial matters including:

  • Setting up limited companies
  • Partnership Deeds
  • Joint venture agreements
  • Director/Owner/Split up agreements
  • Complex Corporate contracts for a wide range of business sectors
  • Data protection (including GDPR)
  • Internet law
  • Sales and purchases of businesses
  • Sale and purchases of company shares
The role will also involve:
  • Liaising with key business organisations, providing an efficient and friendly legal service
  • Providing advice to a range of clients comprising sole traders, partnerships, limited liability partnerships (LLP) and limited companies.
This is a permanent job. Core hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) however part time hours will also be considered, and flexibility can be offered on the start and finish times to suit your requirements.Suitable candidates will have:
  • Fully qualified status (NQ and above considered)
  • A minimum of 2 years experience, running your own commercial caseload
  • A sound understanding of commercial law
  • A good level of commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
