Job Description

£75,000 to £80,000 plus BenefitsTamworth, StaffordshireABPM are retained to recruit this unique role which is a hybrid of commercial finance, investment analysis, data room creation and corporate finance.Our client has a proven track record of success to date in a specialist manufacturing sector with industry leading brands. They have successfully leveraged into new international markets through product development which will see turnover doubling in thenext 24 months.The role is ideal for an ACA or ACCA with a background in corporate finance or transaction services. It is an exciting, influential appointment that will provide insight and business commentaries to support the decision making of the Finance Director, CEOand Chair.As the Commercial Financial Manager, you will be focused on creating a live data room, strategic planning and detailed forecasts. It is expected to succeed in this role you will hold a background within corporate finance or mergers / acquisitions and wishto participate in a proactive manner.An insight to your responsibilities:

  • Plan and produce insight for projects, including thorough understanding and forecasting requirements.
  • Present credible information to the board and third parties.
  • Collate/use information from the finance teams and managers for planning.
  • Prepare detailed business plans including financial forecasts and rolling updates.
  • Day to day group management support and reporting corporate elements.
  • Collect project information and track progress efficiently.
  • Planning, due diligence, acquisitions, capex and working capital.
  • Support high-level commercial discussions.
  • Ad-hoc tasks when required.
Applicants must have:
  • ACA / ACCA with a background within corporate finance or mergers / acquisitions.
  • Manufacturing experience within industry is a must.
  • Forecasting and planning.
