Operating Nationwide dealing with some of the largest fleets in the country whilst providing optimum solutions and a seamless service tailored to meet the exact requirements of our clients.Due to our continued progressive growth, diversification and planned further expansion, SM UK currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Coachbuilder to further enhance our existing Welfare and Van Conversion Team.SM UK are recognised as the preferred supplier for the UK’s biggest manufacturer of vehicle safety systems and more recently we have expanded into the welfare van conversion market.We are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated individual who is ambitious and wants to expand their skills and experience to develop their future career with us. Ideally you will have coachbuilding/bodybuilding experience and may have worked in a variety of roles. Tasks will include working on many different welfare van and conversion projects, including installation of safety racking systems. Good general wood/metal and fabrication skills required. We provide full in-house training.Working to a high standard on your own initiative or as part of a Team. Alongside hands-on practical skills, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dealing with a variety of tasks in a polite and professional manner, with an awareness of Health and Safety within a workshop environment.A full UK Driving License would be an advantage but not essential.In return we offer the following:
