A leading global retailer is currently seeking a Change and Transformation Specialist to join the team and help them navigate through their period of sustained growth and transformation. Your role will be an exciting one as you will truly see the change you are implementing on a worldwide scale. Whether you have worked in people, process or technology change we are keen to hear from you!Role: Change and Transformation SpecialistSalary: GBP32,000 - GBP46,000 with incremental salary increases, enhanced pension scheme, 25 days holiday, flexible working, death in service and free parking. Location: Tamworth Key responsibilities: ·Defining and advising the business on global Success Management·Creating business transition plans ·Prepare for organisational changes ·Engaging with senior stakeholders to drive behavioural and process change ·Create best practice policies for future people and process changes ·Providing data and reports to all countries. What we are looking for: ·Experience in change management ·Confident communicator with experience engaging with all levels of stakeholders ·Experience in presenting reports·Project management experience ·If you have worked for a global organisation or can speak conversational German that would be an added bonus but it is not essential.
