If youre a customer interaction wed love to hear from you!Youll lead a team through strategy development, innovation scouting and concept evaluation as you help the business find, onboard and implement best in class solutions on a global scale. Travelling to meet country stakeholders face to face, you will be first class relationship builder and understand local requirements and ways of working to best shape products and aid a smooth implementation.Most of all youll be forward thinking, enthusiastic and self-reliant with a strong track record of delivering operational change.ROLE: Applications/Product ManagerSALARY: £60,000 - £80,000LOCATION: Near Tamworth - regular international travelKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead a team through Strategy Development, Innovation Scouting, and Concept Evaluation of areas relating to Marketing and Customer Data Management- Collaborate and liaise with global and local team members, IT and business units, and other international functions- Lead vendor selection process and creation and preparation of tendering documentsAnalyse, prepare, and document key strategic decisions and recommendations for senior management- Be responsible for select Proof of Concept projects- Influence the respective product roadmap from a technical perspective- Provide input into global business service level requirements, in relation to the delivery of the respective business and IT services- Provide advisory and governance, in relation to the deployment and rollout decisions of IT changes- Support AGILE Product team, with global demand management activities- Support the country deployment workstream, as required - with particular focus on Global IT Deployment and Service Delivery topics- Act as a key liaison with National business and IT colleagues, regarding Global IT topicsFor this role you must have:- Strong leadership experience- Good understanding of relevant solutions in Marketing and Customer data management- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills- Proven third party experience including vendor and SLA management- Large scale software implementation experience - A 2:1 or higher Bachelors degree (or equivalent)- A willingness to travel internationally (in normal times)Does this sound like you Please apply or get in touch with Pete Felton on /
