Job Description

Accounts Assistantimmediate startTemporary ongoing opportunityMonday – Friday 8:30am- 5:00pmPayrate: £12.00 - £12.98phrTamworth basedResponsibilities:

  • Chase customers late payments
  • Run statements and send to customers
  • Email copy invoices and all dated for select customers
  • Run aged debt report
  • Allocate paymen
  • Create NCR on gold Vision and returns form.
  • Create UPS returns label
  • Inspect return goods and book in
  • Credit invoices for goods returned and return goods to stor
  • Maintain Excel sheet with NCR details and credit dates
  • Open NCR on Gold Vision and follow action required
  • Credit invoices
  • Maintain Excel sheet with NCR details and credit notes
  • Process all invoices via JDE and file
  • Mid and end month approve and process purchase ledger payments via JDE
  • Send out remittance advice to customers
  • Query incorrect invoice with suppliers
  • Assist in preparation of monthly purchase ledger control account
  • Work in stores if needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience
  • Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
  • Attention to detail.
