Are you a Procurement professional with a background in manufacturing or warehousing Have you used an MRP and ERP system We are recruiting for a ProcurementAdministratorto join a leading manufacturer and supplier of shelving for the retail industry.Package will include 25 days AL (plus bank holidays), healthcare plan, pension, free parking, brand new onsite canteen, and fantastic social events (BBQs and seasonal parties).This is a full-time permanent role based in Talke, Stoke on Trent paying a salary of £23-28,000 per annum, working MondayFriday 8.30am5.00pm.As ProcurementAdministrator, reporting into the Operations Manager, and working alongside 2 Supply Chain Assistants, you will carry out procurement activities to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. You will produce operational reports using the ERP/MRPsystems, supplier management and price negotiations ensuring best quality and cost, providing forecasts and day to day reporting, monitoring stock rotation performance and ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.I would be very keen to speak to Procurement or Supply Chain professionals from the manufacturing sector, any knowledge of shelving and racking would be highly beneficial. It is essential that you have used an MRP and ERP system previously with a proven backgroundin managing suppliers, negotiations (including notable cost savings) and managing stock effectively.
