Job Description

Customer Service Administrator Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to FridayDesirable criteria - Excel Skills Location - Talke - Staffordshire Salary - £18000 33 days Holiday - Inc Bank Holidays Cashplan scheme (Dentists, opticians etc) and a DIS scheme. Free parking. Purpose:To carry out the operational activities of the Customer Support team ensuring quality customer service and exceeding expectations. Main duties and responsibilities:* To service ALL customers (existing and potential) accounts to ensure effective and efficient delivery to the client base. * Sales Order processing - process orders within agreed timeframes. * Run analysis of deliveries, liaising with Supply Chain Department for timely responses to customers. * Obtaining proof of delivery for orders. * Preparing quotations. * Keep CRM software up to date. * Assisting with breakdowns of plans. * Raising purchase orders for transport.* To be a team player, own and cross departmental. * To follow all procedures issued by the company and continuously improve/maintain procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. * To undertake other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the function and the department. * To assist with answering the telephones within 3 rings. * To keep appearance and work environment tidy and professional at all times. * Positively representing the company to the highest possible standard to customers and members of the public.Acorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
